Environmental Noise Assessments

Environmental noise asssessments are normally required by local government and state environmental regulatory authorities such as the Queensland Department of Environment and Heritage or Environmental Protection Authority in NSW.

Our environmental noise assessments are conducted against AS 1055 Environmental Noise and under regulatory authority guidelines.

Noise Assessments of Building Acoustics

Noise assessments of residential or commercial premises are occassionally required by owners or occupants where there is a noise problem.

Our staff have conducted noise assessments according to AS 2107 and will provide a written report on identifying the acoustic nature of the noise problems and assist with providing engineering solutions to common noise problems.

We do carry out destructive testing but can provide detailed analysis of noise levels and tonal component using octave bandwidth analysis.
